Do you love Pizza?

I <3 PIZZA!

It’s one of the most universally recognized foods in the world. It can come in so many different shapes, sizes, ingredients, profiles, and styles. Most people don’t think of the PNW as a pizza hub or anything. What it has to offer may surprise even the most pretentious foodie. I’ve elected, what I think, are the top 3 pizza places in the greater Puget Sound area. Agree? Disagree? Tell us what you think!

1. Brooklyn Bros Pizzaria

These guys like it HOT! They cook their pizzas in a stone oven @ 550 degrees and up. It leaves the crust crunchy, smokey, and you wanting more. The ingredients taste fresh and the sauce is the perfect blend of chunky, savory, and a tiny bit of spice. You don’t have to book a flight to NYC. They have a couple locations. 2. Farelli’s Wood Fire Pizza

Probably considered the underdog of the block. Make no mistake about it, they’re growing...and fast! Brained up by a Seattle couple MOD pizza boasts simplicity, personalism, and efficiency. Not to mention amazing flavor profiles, fresh ingredients, and cold beer. Fit for a perfect semi-sunny day, MOD pizza should be on your lists of to-do’s this Spring.
