All American breakfast with a twist

All I can say is de-li-cious!
1 large premade pizza crust
1 lb breakfast sausage
1 envelope country gravy mix
6 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon butter
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz shredded mozzarella
1. Heat oven to temperature required for pizza crust. Depending on cooking time, you may need to bake crust minus the 5-10 minutes needed for baking at the end.
2. Prepare gravy according to package directions. Fry sausage and add to thickened gravy; set aside.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add egg mixture; cook and stir until almost set.
4. Spread sausage gravy mixture over the crust. Top with eggs and cheeses. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until eggs are set and cheese is melted. ...

Awesome Ways to Declutter

It always amazes me how much stuff a person can accumulate in a week…a month…a year!  How much stuff does a person really need?  There are three philosophies that I live by:

Everything should have a place.

It’s ok to let it go.

I’d rather have a dollar in my pocket than store, clean, or trip over extra stuff.

Here are some super helpful ideas to get you organized, decluttered, relieve some of the pressure of all the stuff that is piling up around you!
1.  Consider investing in a neat® product. The large desktop unit is a receipt, document, and business card scanner that comes with software that automatically reads the item you scan and not only keeps a digital copy of it but transfers it into fields in a database. This is ideal for receipts because it logs the date, amount, store, tax, etc. It then tallies the sales tax so that you can use it for your taxes and your purchases can be categorized so you can track home improvement . ...

Buyer's Agent Working for Free

Why should you hire a Buyer's Agent to help you buy your next home? Here are the top 3 reasons:
1) It's free!
As the buyer, you will not be responsible for paying your agent's commission. It is the seller's responsibility. Basically you have the opportunity to have free professional representation throughout a legally binding process, use it!
2) Contract writing
Entering into a real estate contract is legally binding and not to be taken lightly. A buyer's agent is trained, experienced, and skilled in writing these contracts and navigating through the (sometimes) choppy waters of legal contracts.
3) Professional negotiating
Regardless of how much you're paying for your home, negotiating is going to play a factor into buying a home. Since most homes are listed with a listing agent you want to make sure you have a buyer's agent in your corner so your financial interests are professionally protected and represented. Remember, price point IS NOT the only way a buyer's agent can negoti3 ...
