Dacca Park Sports Complex
Lying under the shadow of Mt. Rainier, this beautiful field is the perfect venue for softball, baseball, volleyball, soccer, and basketball games. This sports complex also hosts quite a few major events and tournaments every year. During the right time of year, you can find the concessions stand open serving hot food and drinks. There is also a large playground for kids to play on, picnic areas, and walking trails.
Tacoma Antique Center at Fife
This shopping center is a whopping 20,000 square feet and contains nearly 200 showcases for gorgeous antique items. There are countless antique dealers that conduct business in this mall, so you’re sure to see something new each time you visit. The Antique Center not only sells antiques, but also vintage items, retro items, collectibles, furniture, jewelry, clothing, and art. They also purchase items from customers such as antiques, estate jewelry, art, Native American artifacts, furniture, and vintage clothing.
Firwood Farm Alpacas
Located about 30 miles south of Seattle in the center of the Puyallup Valley, Firwood Farm is a family-owned farm that sits on 4 acres of open fields that provides the perfect habitat for alpacas. The alpacas are obtained by breeding them as well as adopting alpacas that were either neglected or injured. Currently they have 15 male alpacas and 12 female alpacas. Of these 27 alpacas only 7 are from the original family and the rest are re-homes or rescues.
BJ's Bingo & Gaming
BJ’s is a family-owned gaming establishment that provides visitors with a fun and exciting interactive entertainment experience. BJ’s has been around since 1980, and at that time is was just a Bingo Hall with only 100 seats. Over the years they have developed into a high-end 600-seat Bingo Hall with additional games available to players.
They host 20 Bingo sessions every week and there is also a Bingo Slot room which has 250 Bingo Slot machines. The largest jackpot ever won in this slot room was over 1 million dollars!
