Before we jump into the next steps, just one quick note...

  • Making a high volume of outbound calls each day to qualify leads
  • Responding to incoming inquires
  • Following our prospecting scripts to capture and qualify the most amount of leads
  • Present our company benefits so they see the need to work with a Buyer/Listing Specialist on our team
  • Nurture long term prospects to create long term opportunities for fellow team members
  • Update all info and conversations for each client/prospect in company CRM in order to create the highest level of service and best experience for every person you contact
  • Strong skills in Follow-up
  • Using social media networks such as Facebook & Instagram to identify potential contacts
  • Schedule the appointment and follow up with client to ensure the prospects are prepped and show for the appointment 
  • Participate in ongoing training and development


Now that we have that out of the way, let's dive into the next steps:

    Follow the steps below to complete the first of three assessments.

  • Instructions To Take The Assessment

      Completing the assessment report is very easy.  All you need to do is:

    1.    Put about 20 to 25 minutes aside to read the instructions and answer the questions.

    2.    Follow the easy to use instructions below to get to the survey web site.

    3.    When on the site, follow the easy to use instructions to complete the assessment.

    4.  Email jenel@teamnla.com and let her know that you have completed the assessment and get next steps.

     

    To Complete the Assessment:

    1. Go to The Abelson Group web site main page: www.TheAbelsonGroup.com. 
    2. On the left side of the Home Page, click on the icon, “Take an Assessment”.
    3. After you read the Assessment Instructions, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click “I Agree”.
    4. When you are asked for your “Response Link,” type in 233708HKB then click "Start.”  Feel free to change the “Response Language,” in the upper right hand corner.  There are over 40 different languages to choose from.  The generated report will be in English.
    5. Read the Welcome page and then click the “Next” button.
    6. Click on the assessment you have been asked to complete below 
    7. Only complete one assessment.

    1. To begin, click on “Complete Now” next to the assessment.  Complete your personal information and check the box that you have read and understand the agreement.  Click “Next”.
    2. Read the assessment instructions and click “Next” to begin assessment.  Answer the questions and click “Next” at the bottom of each screen.
    3.  After you have completed the assessment click “Save” and “Exit”.  

    Thank you.  A report will be sent to the account holder after you complete the assessment.

  • NOTE: Once you fill out the form, you will receive an email confirmation from our system as well as an email from our Head of Talent asking you for a few more things so ensure all your contact information is 100% accurate.
